A great cocktail for New Year's eve or other celebration. Take a Champagne coupe or glass and fill with some ice. Add 2 parts of Champagne and 1 part of Cranberry juice. For decoration take some cranberries, raspberries, peppermint leaves, thyme and orange parts. Cheers!
